Ideally any operation on BIDS dataset (so bids-inject and bids-qr-inject etc) should leave its records regarding the files it constructed.
I wish there was centralized library to help with this but I do not yet know of one:
but examples are growing, and @asmacdo and @CodyCBakerPhD I believe already started to produce such records in their utilities
