Adjust code/reprostim-videocapture-cron to use container

ATM we use system wide installed. For that test locally to ensure that all devices are bind mounted/exposed if needed

so -- pretty much we need to then stop the service, adjust /data/reprostim/code/reprostim-videocapture-cron to use container and start service again!

First test on development box with singularity (or apptainer) if it would have everything necessary mapped. Remember to avoid absolute paths in any specification!

might want to install usbutils within container but it is not exactly needed so you would get lsusb within container
