Generated projects now build from the project root: the workspace manifest
sits at
Cargo.toml, documentation lives indoc/, and VSCode config mergesinto the root
.vscode/.Before, the workspace lived inside
src/, so opening the project root in anIDE left cargo, tasks, and docs out of reach. Crates stay in
src/, keepingthe root clean.
