Description

• Migrate tutorials to PINA-Tutorials, whose documentation website is live and linked from PINA.
• Update navigation, tutorial links, and dataset download URLs.
• Remove duplicate tutorial sources and the old exporter workflow.
• Add lightweight HTML redirect files in place of the old pages to preserve existing URLs, bookmarks, and external links.
• Announce the migration for v0.3.3. on README.md.

This PR fixes #850

@ndem0 , @dario-coscia, in order to keep existing external links working, the old tutorial HTML files have been replaced with lightweight redirect pages. They now point to the corresponding HTML pages on the PINA-Tutorials website, as intended by this PR.

Are you happy with this approach, or would you prefer to delete the old HTML files entirely?

On a separate note, macOS unit tests often remain queued and never start. Any idea why this happens? @ndem0 @dario-coscia

Actually, I would like to remove direct HTML for tutorials (it's basically the same view of the notebook) and use RST file for better navigation. But we can do later, so fine for me.

PS I think jobs are queued because macOS runners are lacking, no issue on our side to me.

Great! I am merging the PR and opening an issue on PINA-Tutorials to use rst files rather than html.
