Installing Natives

The library loader first finds the shared library from path ${overrungl.natives}/basename.suffix where overrungl.natives is a system property.

If the shared library is not found on local, then the loader will find it on classpath with path moduleName/osFamilyName-nativeArch/basename.suffix and extract it to ${java.io.tmpdir}/overrungl${user.name}/basename-version.suffix.
