fix: smooth Stock token details reveal (OK-60172)

Summary

• remove the Stock token details loading skeleton
• reveal the complete token details section with the existing smooth height/opacity transition after data is ready
• keep stale token metadata hidden while the next Stock detail loads

Issues

• Fixes OK-60172

Root Cause

The token details section rendered row-level skeletons while the Stock channel was initializing, so entering or switching a Stock visibly showed a loading block instead of revealing the complete module after the authoritative detail was ready.

Test Plan

• yarn tsc:only
• yarn agent:check --profile commit
• Desktop: switched MSTRon to AAPLon and confirmed no token-detail skeleton during loading, then verified AAPL/Ondo/new contract address after data settled

Risk

• UI-only change scoped to the Stock token details section
• tokens with the optional token-to-share ratio row should be checked during review
