Sayali: add Show/Hide Trackers button to Dashboard Tasks Tab header

Main changes explained:

• Updated TeamMemberTasks.jsx to add showTrackers state, handleShowTrackers toggle function, and "Show Trackers / Hide Trackers" button below the clock icons in the Tasks Tab header
• Updated TeamMemberTask.jsx to accept showTrackers prop and conditionally render the task table based on its value

How to test:

1. Check out branch ExpandAllTrackers-Dashboard
2. npm install && npm run start:local
3. Clear cache, log in as admin
4. Navigate to http://localhost:5173/dashboard → Tasks tab
5. Verify "Show Trackers" button appears below the clock icons in the header
6. Click it — all task rows should expand and button text changes to "Hide Trackers"
7. Click again — all task rows should collapse and button reverts to "Show Trackers"
8. Verify dark mode works correctly

Hi,

I tested this locally. Show/Hide Trackers button works as expected, expands all task rows and collapses them correctly. Button text updates properly on each click. Dark mode looks good too.

• Checked out branch ExpandAllTrackers-Dashboard and tested PR locally
• Navigated to http://localhost:5173/dashboard → Tasks tab
• "Show Trackers" button is available below the clock icons in the header as expected
• On Clicking button text changes to "Hide Trackers" but only 1 user(Aaron Bluesquare) tracker is expanded and other users trackers are not displayed.
• Click again button reverts to "Show Trackers" and collapses for the 1 users where it expanded.
• In dark mode, an empty container appears below the “User Status” label, while this element is not present in light mode.

Hi @DeepighaJ Thank you for the detailed review! Just to clarify, this PR (#5262) implements the Expand All / Truncate All button for task lists, not trackers. The issues you mentioned (only Aaron BlueSquare expanding and the dark mode empty container) appear to be from a different PR ("ExpandAllTrackers-Dashboard").
