Motivation and Context
Set up action rules in RM for sending out initial contact material for HH.So that files can be sent for the correct respondents, at the correct time with the correct case information.
What has changed
Only pom.xml version change for ActionRule insert script in census31-rm-ddl
No code refactoring
Additional test added in AT's
How to test?
make build - run successfully
Tested Locally
Automation not in scope for now.
