This Smart contract allows an admin to create a lottery.
Once the participants have joined the lottery by paying a minimum amount (established by the lottery administrator), the admin of the lottery will lookout for each trasacion and select the winner of the lottery on a random basis.
This can be suitable for anyone that wants to make a lottery in a fast and transparent way using the blockchain.
