feat: add MiA LOD setup warning screen

Added warning screen VoxyMiaSetupScreen to prompt players to download voxy LODs

Features

• Mixin inject into Gui.addInitialScreens so screen opens on main menu
• Searches .voxy/saves for mineinabyss.com domain and scans for target LOD file size (>1.5GB)
• LOD file size scan starts as soon as an instance of VoxyMiaSetupScreen is created, so popup can be closed before it's rendered on screen
• Auto closes screen in init() if LOD files are scanned within 40 ticks
• Automatically re-scans LOD files when the game window regains focus
• 100 tick delay before enabling action buttons to prevent accidental closing of popup
• "Do not show this screen again" checkmark, will skip LOD scan on startup if enabled
