fix(daemon): relaunch from server metadata, not the spawn-time snapshot (B-545) - #484

…apshot (B-545) Restart/resume only fetched server metadata when the webhook snapshot lacked an agent id, so a claudeSessionId the wrapper changed later (in-place edit, /clear) was ignored and the PRE-edit conversation was resumed.

Restart/resume used the daemon's spawn-time webhook snapshot whenever it had an agent id, so a claudeSessionId changed later by the wrapper (in-place edit → rewound copy, /clear) was ignored and the pre-edit conversation was resumed. Found restarting the token360 session after B-544. New
daemon/relaunchMetadata.ts: server copy authoritative, snapshot only as offline fallback; both resume and restart use it. CLI unit 2861/2861, mutation-check 2/2, web 3384 + tsc + build. Changelog oct11b (cliVersion 0.2.165).
