Adds section header comments to the full configuration documentation,
grouping related options under clear headings (General, Modules,
Updates, Workspaces, Custom Modules, Window Title, Keyboard Layout,
System Info, Media Player, Tray).
This improves navigability and readability of the reference documentation.
