Adds a page for Rapid Router under Configuration > librechat.yaml > AI Endpoints, following the same layout as the OpenRouter page.

Rapid Router is an AI model gateway with one OpenAI-compatible API (https://rapidrouter.ai/api/v1) in front of Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and other models. It works with LibreChat's existing custom endpoint support; no code change is needed.

Changes:

• New content/docs/configuration/librechat_yaml/ai_endpoints/rapidrouter.mdx (English only; locale files are left to the translation workflow as the README describes)
• meta.json: added rapidrouter in alphabetical order

Notes for review:

• Uses the Lucide Plug icon because there is no Rapid Router icon component. Happy to add one under components/icons/providers/ if you prefer.
• I checked the values in the config block against the live API: GET /api/v1/models returns the list that fetch: true loads, and chat completions (plain and streaming) answer on the three default models. I have not run it inside a full LibreChat install.
