Dependabot bumped ci/golden-pip.in but the pip ecosystem does not
recompile the hash-pinned overlay, so the exact golden job kept
installing pydantic 2.13.4 and typer 0.27.1 from the stale lock.
Recompiled with the command recorded in the lock header:
uv pip compile ci/golden-pip.in --generate-hashes \
--python-version 3.13 --python-platform linux -o ci/golden-pip.lock
pydantic-core moves to 2.46.5 as a transitive pin; no other resolved
package changes.
