Reverts the merge of #151 (d8d09a1b), restoring the files it touched to their state on main just before it (2d5876a3).

PR #151 replaced the 8 4-top prediction files with an old copy of ATLAS_tttt_13TeV_run2 LO (predating the zero-fill in 92e5a98), which includes OQb1/OQb8/Otb1/Otb8 and didn't include the 72 off-diagonal quadratic terms. This therefore broke the test test_offdiag_quadratics_exist. This restores the files to their state on main before we merged PR #151; LO_QCD_EW can be re-added on top without touching LO in a separate PR that @ecelada will create.

This reverts commit d8d09a1, reversing the changes made to 2d5876a.

PR #151 replaced the LO block of the 8 tttt 2023/slep_inc theory files
with a stale copy of ATLAS_tttt_13TeV_run2 LO (predating the zero-fill in
92e5a98), adding OQb1/OQb8/Otb1/Otb8 and missing 72 off-diagonal
quadratic terms, which breaks test_offdiag_quadratics_exist. It also
dropped NLO_QCD. This restores the files to their state on main before
PR #151; LO_QCD_EW can be re-added on top without touching LO.
