Description
This change updates the Quick Start Guide. It rewrites cumbersome work related to manual pipeline editing with simple pipeline selection. After this change is merged, users will need to simply select the specialised pipeline for SonarCloud instead of manually editing the Tekton Pipeline YAML definition.

How Has This Been Tested?
I have installed edp-cluster-add-ons, enabled kuberocketci-pipelines component, added the pipeline and task, and launched the build pipeline. The PipelineRun completed successfully. I tested it with several go-gin codebases.
Documentation has been tested the following way:
npm ci && npm start && npm run spell-check
