Fixes #263

The Tests workflow has failed on every run at "Install dependencies", because requirements.txt needs numpy>=2.5.2 and scikit-learn>=1.9.0 and neither can be installed on Python 3.10 (numpy tops out at 2.2.6, scikit-learn has no 3.10 build) or on 3.11 (numpy tops out at 2.4.6).

Change
One line in .github/workflows/test.yml: the matrix goes from ['3.10', '3.11'] to ['3.12', '3.13'].

Checks

  • Resolving requirements.txt with pip install --dry-run --python-version <v> --only-binary=:all: fails on 3.10 and 3.11 and succeeds on 3.12 and 3.13.
  • On Python 3.13 the unit tests pass locally and the flake8 gate in the workflow is clean.
  • I couldn't run the workflow itself, so a later step could still fail. I'll fix anything that shows up after the install step.

If 3.10 or 3.11 must stay supported, I can lower the numpy and scikit-learn floors instead.

AI assistance was used for this change; the tests were run before submitting.

requirements.txt now needs numpy>=2.5.2 and scikit-learn>=1.9.0, which
cannot be installed on Python 3.10 or 3.11, so every Tests run failed at
the install step. Run the matrix on versions the requirements support.

CI fails on every run: requirements.txt needs numpy>=2.5.2 and scikit-learn>=1.9.0, which Python 3.10 and 3.11 can’t install
