…core 1.23 * Require ouroboros-consensus ^>=5.4, cardano-ledger-core >=1.23 and cardano-ledger-alonzo >=1.18. * cardano-ledger-alonzo 1.18 requires `Inject (AlonzoContextError era) (ContextError era)` for `evalTxExUnitsWithLogs`; add it to `AlonzoEraOnwardsConstraints` and `EraCommonConstraints`. * cardano-ledger-core 1.23 replaced `pwcCostModel` with `pwcLanguageCostModel` - update the golden errors test.
