Add event timing tracking #7

Some analytics SDKs support event timing. Support this.

Not 100% sure how I'll approach it for SDKs that don't directly support timing -- just haven't given it much thought yet. But if I'm going to implement this support for the framework, we should have some way to "fake it" for those that don't directly support it.
