Platform & cloud (day job). I work on the infrastructure behind a high-traffic news publishing platform — containerised Java/Spring services on Kubernetes, traffic shaped through an API gateway and CDN / edge cache layer, with deployments reconciled by GitOps. Day to day that means rollout and release plumbing, observability in Elasticsearch, and the unglamorous work of keeping shared infrastructure boring: thinking about blast radius, reversibility, and what the on-call engineer sees at 03:00. Most of this lives in private repositories, so it won't show up in the graph below.
