Update pnpm from 10.17.1 to 11.0.9 and pnpm/action-setup from v2 to v4 in both CI workflows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
pnpm 11 deprecated onlyBuiltDependencies and now errors (instead of warning) on unhandled build scripts. Replace with allowBuilds, marking esbuild as allowed and msw as explicitly skipped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
