No Disconnect button?

I've noticed openrecord's MCP doesn't offer a disconnect button the way other MCPs do. How do we instruct it to disable the current authenticated connection? I've installed it on Railway per the config instructions

Thank you for reaching out! There should be a toggle in the UI on Railway to disable a specific connection. Let me know if you can't find it.

What is the specific way that other MCPs offer a way to disconnect? I could be open to a PR, or could implement it myself as well
