This pull request adds a simple password requirements indicator shown below the password input field.
It signals the users which password requirements are fulfilled and which are not. For example the
required amount of capital letters and so on. The password requirements are read from the Joomla component
com_users.Please note that most translations are still missing (I could only add English, German and French translations).
