No Automatic Module Name in Manifest

The manifest doesn't have the [`Automatic-Module-Name` attribute of post Java 9 jars](https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/23/docs/specs/jar/jar.html#multi-release-jar-files) to allow it to be used in a project that is using Jigsaw modules. This should be a quick and backwards compatible change to make.
