- Does not add a reaction to infringing message logs in investigations if the user was not issued a formal warning - Accepts any emoji named CliptokRecycleBin or WindowsRecycleBin instead of only accepting the emoji the bot reacted with - Does not react back with CliptokCritical if the warning does not exist

Slight tweaks to how Cliptok automatically reacts to warning log messages, and how it handles reactions from moderators. Closes #357.
