This PR adds the 'anti flashy emoji' functionality that was written and PR'd (and then neglected) a long time ago. #29
This adds automatic warnings for emoji that are deemed to be seizure-inducing (and a debug command to check:
c!debug gif <emoji or link to emoji/gif>)The threshold for what is determined to be seizure-inducing can be adjusted with the various values in config.json under
seizureDetection. I am admittedly not 100% on what all of these do as I didn't originally write this, so you might want to direct questions to @torchgm. I think the current config is mostly okay, but I want to run it by you @Erisa
