- added new limit: 8 genes if no gender gene, 9 genes if gender gene
- added limit to not allow male allele frequency > 0.5: you would get a lot more males than the initial population number
- fixed OutdoorNodeEmanator issue where the efficacy was not being reset daily and compounded over time, making it super-duper-scary effective
