Добавлен узел nand с партициями.
Это описание добавляет NAND-контроллер прямо в шину palmbus, используя правильный compatible и базовый адрес из документации MT7621 (0x1e003000). Такой же приём используется в OpenWrt.

This PR adds two flash chips successfully tested on ZTE ZXHN H198A (MT7621):
Both entries were verified on real hardware and work correctly.
