fix(ios): record RustJsiBridge 1.0.0 in Podfile.lock - #210

Conversation
ios/RustJsiBridge.podspec takes its version from package.json, so the 1.0.0 bump in #209 changed the pod's version and checksum, but Podfile.lock still said 0.0.1. EAS runs pod install before computing the runtime version, so the iOS 1.0.0 build stopped at "Configure expo-updates" (local bb75953a…, EAS 4a173f51…). Update the two RustJsiBridge lines to what pod install writes. With them, the local iOS fingerprint is 4a173f51…, the value the build computed. Summary
The iOS 1.0.0 production build stopped at "Configure expo-updates" with a runtime version mismatch (local

RustJsiBridgelines thatpod installwrites. (TheExpoModulesCorechecksum also changes on every machine, butfingerprint.config.jsalready ignores it.)Testing
