  • User activity trace & authorized live sandbox operations

    Normative epic: #5665. Every admitted user gets PostHog-backed API activity strictly bound to their verified GitHub actor id and live/lifecycle sandbox data only for sessions they create or can observe; global admins see all users, anonymous/system events, and every managed runtime including malformed/orphan/legacy objects. A shared capability-aware session registry enforces creator/collaborator/log-access tiers. PostHog and relay predicates are applied before limits/cursors; runtime rows are authorized before filters/counts/serialization. Includes durable delivery, redaction, monitoring, runbooks, and cross-user acceptance gates across 12 native sub-issues while fkst-hosted remains stateless.

    Group the trigger issue into session vs package configuration, add per-package env to the manifest, deliver it to the pod, and make the devloop refine its own spec (opt-in) instead of stalling for a human.

  • fkst-chat-interface

    Conversational chat interface for fkst-hosted: a modern cyberpunk-styled chat window on the hosted dashboard through which users interact with the whole service - read-only concierge (sessions, health, failures, logs, operator-manual Q&A) first, confirm-gated guided actions (draft & create trigger issues) second. The chat backend is a pure client of the public API acting with the calling user's own token.
