[Issue] Crash at startup when you use the Texture pack "John Smith Legacy - Modded"

What is happening
When you try to load Charset Optics and John Smith Legacy - Modded, you will get the following crash:

Does this happen without OptiFine?

Well, that texture pack has some lightmaps that only work with Optifine (a reason for any user to not use the texture pack without Optifine), but no problem, as i said above, it is fixed by removing the torch texture, anyways i will test it, it is a minor issue after all (and i don't use the texturepack commonly, basically an edge case)
