To run the iOS app on my iPad, I needed to fix a few things in the iOS/Xcode build. The CI workflow is optional but should help us detect and fix any environment-specific changes that sneak in. It could eventually sign and package the app for distribution to Testflight or something, but for now just testing the build seems fine.

I wasn't sure whether to branch from develop or v2.0.0 this time. It should be easy to change.
