refactor: consume renix flake for shared modules - #3

Imports github:C0DK/nix-modules directly in flake.nix and sets `cwb-modules.user` once for all imported modules. Removes the in-tree git, python, helix, hugo, opencode, and nushell modules; the bundles no longer reference them. Includes flake.lock update for the new nix-modules input.
Updates flake input name, namespace references (cwb-modules.* → renix.*), and relocks against github:C0DK/renix.

Abstracts a bunch of modules out so it can be used in other flakes (i.e my VPS, while preserving privacy) - etc etc. also created a script (renix) for interacting with these. also fixed a scaling issue when updating all flakes to new hyprland.
