This repository holds the core scripts to produce the Indicators of species abundance in England publication, which includes the all-species and priority species indicators. A new version will be uploaded here each year when the publication is updated – please see the Releases tab for past versions of the indicator. You can additionally find scripts to run the UK version of the priority species indicator.
These indicators are currently official statistics in development and as such the scripts include some exploratory sections and suggestions for further development. The code will be further formalised once the indicators have reached a stable stage of development.
