Allow special boots to go in a Curio slot

[Zanforian]

Give a config option to allow the water walking boots, obsidian water walking boots, and lava waders to be worn in the curios/accessories/trinkets boot slot, rather than just the boots armor slot

Is there even a boot slot in curios by default?

[Zanforian]

AFAIK there's effectively no curios slots by default. It's just an api that other mods use. However those other mods I've seen like the artifacts mod use a "Shoes" slot for non armor footwear including boots.
