Adds a documentation page for the Gonka Broker provider at
docs/providers/gonkabroker.mdand lists it insidebars.jsnext to the other OpenAI-compatible providers. Gonka Broker is an OpenAI-compatible gateway to open-source models on the decentralized Gonka network; the page mirrors the existing provider pages such as scaleway and covers both the Python SDK and the proxy. The provider registration itself is the companion PR BerriAI/litellm#31231
