Adds the Highflame Guardrails page (Shield /v1/shield/guard, OWASP LLM Top 10 capabilities; notes `javelin` is a deprecated alias), updates the sidebar, and removes the stale Javelin page. Pairs with BerriAI/litellm#30133. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
