What
Cleaned up dependencies and removed duplicate MC sources from IntelliJ's "External Libraries" listing.
Also updated NeoForge and ModDevGradle.
Implementation Details
Made the SyncSystem subproject
stealborrow the main project's ModDevGradle generated dependencies instead of generating its ownOutcome
No duplicate search results for everything in MC.
Additional Information
Enabled the configuration cache too.
PS. Turns out the transitive source sets shouldn't be part of compilation requirements. Oops.
