Hello, We should probably move this to antenna tracker system and keep it simple with just the functionalities |
|
A bit busy, so may take a few days....we need antenna tracker in peripherals page including this one and ones refered to in planes additional info page....will work on it this weekend using this material |
This new pull request is based on a previous PR which I had this comment from @HwurzburgThis is really an integrated Antenna Tracker and Telemetry control system...an As to the content...it has several build errors in formatting....also it does not really explain clearly the overall system, nor give info on the radio links, etc. I assume its using redundant MAVLink channels from each telem radio? you need to explain how control is implemented , if the antenna tracking is automatic, etc. I am still a bit unclear....you show an RC transmitter...used as a joystick? as system diagram showing vehicle, radios, tracker, PC running MP, RC tx(if used)...would helpLike I mentioned, GitHub does not allow creating pull requests with only maintenance permissions when the PR is created from an organization. However, once you create the new section, I can fetch the latest commits and include this information there. I would just like to be notified on this PR once it is ready. I understand that this system is not widely accessible to most of the community. However, there is a growing number of companies using ArduPilot-based systems, such as Saphire, and we believe this is a great opportunity to provide useful information to those looking for a robust tracker with an IP69 rating. I appreciate any feedback to help align this with your structure. Thank you in advance. |

Good morning, Has this pull request any progress? |
Since I can't work directly on this PR....no...dont have the time to make PRs to your repo...sorry |
Added documentation for the Alpha Unmanned Systems Vessel-Based Control System, including more detailed information about the system and its integration with ArduPilot software and Mission Planner.
An image folder named “aus_vcs” has been added, along with a file called “common-tracking-systems.”
This section is currently placed under Peripheral Hardware, but it may be relocated if needed to better accommodate proprietary tracking systems. This change should be addressed after merging the pull request, as the PR originates from an organization and maintainers are not directly accessible.
Additionally, a new section may be proposed in a comment on this pull request to be implemented in a future update.
