Summary

• Finalize the v0.2.0 changelog with the 2026-07-13 release date.
• Point the v0.2.0 changelog comparison at the immutable release tag.
• Promote README and security wording from release candidate to the current release.

Why

The v0.2.0 feature work is already merged into main. This release-only change makes the repository metadata match the version that will be tagged and published.

Impact

No runtime code, dependencies, resume schema, privacy behavior, storage behavior, or PDF behavior changes.
