Integrate AMD HyperLoom (GPU Performance Intelligence Dashboard) as a new sub-application under Web/apps/hyperloom. Features include: - Full dark theme with comprehensive coverage - Claw Agent chat integration with SSE streaming - MCP/Skills tool picker with category filters - SSO authentication with dev cookie bridge - Dashboard pages: Overview, Analysis, Optimization, Report - Vite dev proxy for SaFE backend APIs Also updates SaFE auth guard to forward hyperloom: state in SSO flow.
