Add View to manage mutliple QR Codes

This is my first time attempting this process. No idea if I got close to thinking of everything.

Overview: I wanted to add a View that would allow our client to easily add and manage many QR Code links. This was successful and since the QR Code app is mostly just a demo or starter kit so far, this seemed like a possibly useful addition. You can generally see the idea here.

I have also included a ready-to-install version in case you want to see it working:

The main things added are

• a new VIew named Manage Many QR Codes which uses a
• new template, QRCode-List.cshtml
• a new TS function, downloadSvg()
• added 1 new record in the Link content type, a Placeholder item for the View
