chore(repo): untrack ignored runtime artifacts

What changed

• remove tracked runtime uploads under api-server/storage/
• remove tracked runtime logs under scripts/logs/
• do not add new ignore rules because the repository already ignores storage/, /storage/, and *.log

Why

These files are historical index residue, not source assets. The 18 uploaded .png files are all 16 bytes and share the exact same Git blob SHA. FileStorageService creates its storage root at runtime, and storage tests create/copy their own fixtures and clean them up. The log files have no current code/documentation consumers.

This aligns the Git index with the existing repository contract instead of adding another defensive ignore layer.

Scope: 20 removed runtime files; no source, tests, docs, or configuration changes.
