This example demonstrates a real-time chat application using Sword's Socket.IO controllers on web. Clients can connect and send messages that are broadcasted to all connected clients.
- Navigate to this directory:
cd examples/socketio - Run the server:
cargo run - In another terminal, navigate to the client directory:
cd client - Install dependencies:
pnpm install - Run the client:
pnpm dev
Open http://localhost:5173 in your browser to interact with the chat application. The server runs on port 8081.
