but ` /Users/kohlhase/localmh/MathHub/courses/FAU/AI/course/source/ml/slides/neural-networks.en.tex` does not declare `activation function` it does inherit it from `McCulloch-Pitts`.

I have seen this happen occasionally; often enough to report it.

Hmm...
I think there might be an issue with the catalog cache that I haven't figured out yet.
Does this still happen if you remove ~/.cache/stextools/local_stex_catalog.json.gz and restart snify?
