Keep the #ECCN:Open Source and #GUSINFO: lines in CODEOWNERS. The template value
#GUSINFO:Open Source,Open Source Workflow is a placeholder: the OSPO records your real
GUS Scrum Team and Product Tag privately when the repo is made public. If you are happy for
your team to be public, you may replace it with #GUSINFO:<GUS Scrum Team>,<GUS Product Tag>,
which then takes precedence (keep it current if your team changes).
