Fills the gap on /releases/ with the user-facing work that shipped Aug 4-28 across pulumi/pulumi and Pulumi Labs: - pulumi do stateful, zero-setup resource operations (GA in v3.258.0), now with a pulumi state promote graduation path (v3.260.0) - August CLI and SDK rollup, v3.256-v3.260 (interactive pulumi new, credential encryption, pulumi state get, pulumi state promote, --ignore-protect, Go stack policies, Go 1.27) - Experimental Rust support (pulumi-labs/pulumi-rust) - Notification center for Pulumi Cloud (TODO: confirm editions/docs) Drops the earlier Insights graph query API draft: it shipped as the Pulumi Context API and already has a merged entry (2026-08-26).
