v1 was introduced in 1.4.x, at the same time as the deprecation of v1alpha3

In 1.34.0 we bumped compatibility to 1.4.x

In a future release we should drop reconciliation of v1alpha3 and only reconcile v1, before v1alpha3 is removed, to prevent upgrade issues
