Inconsistent position of equivalent buttons between Fields and Templates

In PW 3.0.258 master the Export/Import buttons in both Fields and Templates are aligned to the right.

But in PW 3.0.270 dev there is inconsistency in that the Export/Import buttons in Fields are now aligned to the left.

Also, maybe the Delete button in Fields should only appear if at least one field is selected? Otherwise clicking the button does nothing useful.
