Please fix your detection of armhf aka arm32 aka armv7

A long time ago i opened this issue, can you please implement my fix in your code base so node-gyp works again on arm32?

@paulober I've forked this repo to https://github.com/arturovt/node-gyp-build-esm to make it ESM compatible and to support webpack/esbuild. Are you able to have a look and make a change there? I'm planning to start making releases
